1. What is the full range of the signal? Is it 0 to 5V? Is this signal a result of the amount of yellow color produced?

With full range of signal we mean 0 to 5.000 Volt. We measure the fluorescence intensity, which is related to intensity of the yellow color.

2. What is the part number for replacement zero traps?

This is not a standard chemistry glassware item, we manufcture these and sell them as part number "AL-ZEROTRAP1"

3. I can't find a part number, cost, or vendor info on replacement lamps in the manual. Can you provide this?

This is a highly specialized lamp+regulator assembly, developed by us and is sold integrated with a regulator board and the photomultipler preamplifier. Note we recently improved the design of this susbsystem, such that life should exceed 10000h, with significantly improved lamp intensity stablity.

As the lamp ages, the power is increased until the lamp intensity is stable near 3.0 V. Lamp assembly part number is: AL4021AMP2

4. Can the instrument monitor water?

The monitor is able to measure HCHO in Air and Water samples. Both functions can not be separated. The input line for the analysis of HCHO in the liquid phase is also used to calibrate the instrument itself or its internal HCHO- permeation source for automatic calibration.
